Advanced EV is seeking a detail-oriented Technical and Warranty Support to provide professional dealer service support, primarily through phone and email support platforms, to resolve current service and warranty/technical issues, and ensure minimal vehicle downtime. This role will also fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
  • Maintain an accurate running inventory.
  • Restock supplies and inventory; place blanket and special orders as needed.
  • Enter purchase order data in the inventory control system.
Delivery Management:
  • Accept, verify, inspect, and record all deliveries according to policy.
  • Record, report, and return defective items.
Invoice Processing:
  • Process invoices, supplying necessary data to accounting or other appropriate departments for payment and recordkeeping.
Warehouse Organization:
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
Complaint Handling:
  • Handle complaints related to shipments; notify supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues.
Additional Duties:
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient with inventory control systems.
  • Possess technical skills and a comprehensive understanding of how a multimeter operates.
  • Understand how batteries charge and discharge.
  • Preferred Automotive Experience.
  • Learn how to use the AEV tuning software and diagnostic applications effectively.
  • Understand how an interface works.
  • Know how to test golf cart components and determine whether or not they are defective.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Be capable of diagnosing carts over the phone and remotely using TeamViewer.
Administrator Schedule:
8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday; in person
