Job Summary
American Golf Cars in Irving, TX is looking for full-time Administrative Assistant/ Accounting Staff to support to the General Manager in all aspects of administration and accounting. Individual is essential in ensuring the team’s work flows seamlessly by managing projects in a professional and timely manner. Experience in accounting to assist in organization and completion of tasks is a must.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in person and via phone
- Be a concierge to other departments
- Send and collect customer payment Information
- Enter customer payment information into NetSuite
- Bill and send invoices to customers
- Run credit card payments
- Bill through 3rd party websites
- Provide and collect apartment compliance forms
- Provide Business Credit Applications to customers requesting terms and perform credit verifications
- File deposit records
- Enter bills and assist with payoff
- Run errands-including dealer plate run to the Tax Office
- Petty cash management
- Generate and audit monthly financial reports
- A/P - A/R
- Misc. projects as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent Excel skills
- Organization
- Punctuality
- Time management
- Cash Management
- Experience with AP/AR
- Ability to work independently.
- NetSuite experience required.
