Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will act as liaison between the company sales team and clients, providing information, sales and customer service related to purchased equipment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Sell golf carts, accessories, and services 
  • Open your email and check leads. 
  • Check inventory and pricing. 
  • Provide quotes on new and used cars (with manager direction) 
  • Turn customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal cars  
  • Follow the sale from start to finish. 
  • Displaying customers’ payment options such as financing. 
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and take customers out for a test drive. 
  • Be knowledgeable about market trends. 
  • Provides sale management information by completing the sales satisfaction survey. 
  • Schedule delivery.  
  • Provide sales lead through marketing. 
  • Set up showroom and displays with prices and flyers. 
  • Attend to all walk-in customers, phone calls, emails, and web leads. 
  • Take pictures of cars for the website (with the sales manager’s direction) 
  • Post pictures, descriptions, and prices on the website 
  • Make sure all build board sales are uploaded and follow up on the progress of the builds. 
  • Make sure all website, Facebook, and Decals/window stickers advertisements are up to date. 
  • Make sure pictures of all cars on the website, pricing and car descriptions are up to date. 
  • Know your showroom inventory like cars, parts/accessories custom seats, wheels & tires. 
  • Use software to generate invoices, estimates, and sales orders. 
  • Prioritize carts that will accumulate interest. 
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough understanding of equipment, product, industry, and/or services provided to clients.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to prepare reports and logs.

Education and Experience:

  • Prior experience in related field highly preferred.
  • Successful completion of on-the-job training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45K + Commission
