Job Summary:

Indic Group Holdings is looking for an outside sales representative conducts sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. They are responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• The Outside Sales Representative be based in Irving, TX, but sale for Dallas, Collin and Tarrant county.

Duties:

• Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales. 
• Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic. 
• Generate and submit sales reports to management. 
• Identify and establish contact with potential customers. 
• Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives. 
• Ability to provide bids and quotes to prospects. 
• Follow up sales from start to finish. 
• Schedule deliveries for commercial sales. 
• Make sure all build board sales are uploaded and follow up on the progress of the builds. 
• Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers. 
• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily. 
• Offer the best possible customer experience as well as provide hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary. 
• Work as ambassador to the dealership. Establish and maintain good relationships with customers based on assigned territory. 
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts. 
• Educate customers on products and services that can benefit them. 
• Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs. 

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 3 plus years of outside sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of equipment, product, industry, and/or services provided to clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to prepare reports and logs.

Education and Experience:

• Must have prior experience in related field!!
