Warehouse Manager – Technical Warranty Support

Overview:
Advanced EV is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager – Technical Warranty Support to lead operations at one of our branch locations. This hybrid role combines warehouse oversight with technical warranty support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional customer service, and efficient resolution of service and warranty issues. If you're a hands-on leader with a knack for logistics, team management, and technical troubleshooting, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations & Team Leadership

  • Supervise daily operations and staff across sales, rentals, service, and warehouse departments
  • Monitor and manage P&L performance
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Approve PTO, purchases, and departmental changes
  • Conduct onboarding and training for new hires
  • Set departmental procedures, margins, and budgets
  • Lead weekly meetings with department managers
  • Review performance reports across service, rentals, and admin teams
  • Oversee showroom presentation and inventory
  • Maintain strong relationships with top B2B clients
  • Support department managers with escalated issues
  • Manage hiring, disciplinary actions, and time management enforcement

Technical Warranty & Warehouse Support

  • Provide dealer service support via phone and email to resolve warranty issues
  • Ensure warranty procedures are understood and followed by staff
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and restock supplies
  • Process purchase orders and incoming shipments
  • Inspect deliveries and manage returns of defective items
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
  • Handle shipping complaints and escalate issues as needed
  • Process invoices and coordinate with accounting for payments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in warehouse management and team leadership
  • Strong understanding of technical warranty processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in inventory systems and reporting tools (e.g., NetSuite)
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Schedule: In office, Monday through Friday
