SunFun Rentals are looking for a Service Writer. A Service Writer will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers over the phone and in person
• Create service appointments and scheduling
• Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Creating customer profiles, sales orders and invoicing
• Works side by side with Service Manager
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
